    QUOTATION
    We send our quotation by email for efficient reason. Regular price term will be EXW/FOB/CIF. Currency will be USD. Price valid for 1 week as standard term.
    ORDER
    After order detailed have been confirmed by both party, We need customer send us official Purchase Order. Then we confirm and send back our Pro-formal Invoice. After both party signed and stamped. Order done!
    PAYMENT
    Standard payment term is T.T. in advance. 30% deposit before production started and 70% balance before goods been delivered. For small amount payment, we also accept PayPal/WU.
    DELIVERY
    We have professional forwarder who takes care of our air and sea shipment. Normally we use DHL/UPS/Fedex as express company who have very strict delivery time. We send Tracking No. and AWB information the 2nd day after customer’s goods leave our warehouse. We keep customer updated with shipping status to make you no worry at all till you receive the cargo.
    RMA POLICY
    Our products are under very high standard Quality Control before delivery. But there are always few defective caused by many reasons like damage during transportation and moving. For most of our product, we have one year warranty time. We will replace once customer find any defective parts and send us reasonable proof.
